Brussels attacks: 11 persons reported killed at airport

All emergency services in Brussels and the Red Cross have been mobilized at Zaventem airport and at Maelbeek metro station. 11 people are reported to have been killed and dozens injured at the airport. No figures have been released for the metro.
Witnesses reported that three explosions took place at the airport. A bomb which did not explode was found near the airport. The explosions caused considerable damage to the departure and arrival halls at the airport.
The evacuation of people from the airport continued all Tuesday morning.
