The fifth edition of the "Fête du Pain" or "festival of bread" will take place on 6 May on the Schuman Roundabout. The purpose is to express the diversity of the European Union and celebrate the many varieties of this basic food product eaten all over Europe. The EU institutions will also open its doors to the public.
9 May Event
On 9 May, a tribute will be held on The Schuman Roundabout to mark the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. The event is organised by the Schuman Square, Avenir de l'Europe and the European Citizen Platform in collaboration with the Representation of the EU to Belgium.
