The shooting that took place today in Saint-Josse has caused three injuries, according to a police spokes-person. One person has life-threatening injuries. The exact circumstances are still not clear but according to eye-witnesses, the shooting is an internal affair between a gang from the Chechen community and a Turkish gang.
“One man was hit by three bullets and is fighting for his life. A second man was injured in the hip and the third has lighter injuries”, according to the police spokesman. The three victims were transferred to hospital and an investigation has been opened.
The “Rue de la Ferme”, which was the scene of the shooting has been closed off by police and a police helicopter is circulating the area.
