The body of a man has been discovered in a parking lot in downtown Brussels, the prosecutor's office confirmed on Tuesday.
The victim's lifeless body was found in a parking lot in Boulevard Anspach, in the heart of Brussels, by Place De Brouckere and Place de la Bourse.
Police found the body in the early hours of Tuesday and have identified the victim as a man born in 1938 with the initials A.R, according to BX1.
Authorities have not released any information regarding the parking lot where the body was found.
An investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances surrounding the man's death, after an initial assessment reportedly ruled out the involvement of a third party.
