The Tour of Austria stage cycling race has been cancelled for the third year running, Belga News Agency reports.
The Category 1.2 race was to have been held from 2 to 6 July but has again been called off due to the uncertainty surrounding the event.
Belgium’s Ben Hermans won at its last two editions, in 2018 and 2019.
This year’s 72nd edition has been called off because two of the five stages were cancelled in the province of Carinthia due to a lack of hotel capacity.
