The Brussels Card has added Train World and the Jewish Museum to its coverage, bringing the number of sites to which it grants free access to 39, the Council of Museums announced on Wednesday in a press release. At its launch in June 2016, the card allowed users to pay 10 visits to Brussels museums in three months for 40 euros. For 2018, three formulas are offered: one-, two- and three-day cards for 26, 34 and 42 euros respectively.
The 39 institutions cardholders can now visit include Autoworld, the Brussels Centre for Fine Arts (Bozar), the Museum of visual arts or MIMA, the Museum of the Army, the Art and History Museum, Magritte Museum, the Museum of Musical Instruments, the Planetarium, the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Wiels, the Coudenberg and the Meise Botanical Garden.
Special offers including access to public transport and hop-on/hop-off bus rides are available. The card also grants its user the right to reduced prices for attractions such as the Atomium, Mini-Europe and the Koekelberg Basilica as well as price reductions in some stores.
The Brussels Card is available at the offices of Visit.brussels at the Grand Place (Main Square) and the BIP (Tourist Information Centre).
