Brussels hosts the popular Salon du Chocolat for the sixth consecutive year
The chocolate catwalk is one of the most popular events at the salon. The fashion show will take place every day during the salon at 5 pm.

Belgium’s world-famous chocolate will be celebrated in all its forms from 22 to the 24 February, at the spacious Tour & Taxis venue by Brussels canal. Visitors will have the chance to discover over 130 chocolatiers, accompanied by Belgium’s best pastry chefs, confectioners, designers and cocoa experts.

The theme this year revolves around “taste and naturality”. Consumers today are increasingly leaning towards products seen as natural, authentic and sustainable. The trend towards healthier products will be highlighted through the latest chocolate innovations and activities on show.

The origins and benefits of chocolate will be on show at the Salon. Peru, Madagascar, the Dominican Republic and other cocoa-producing countries will be giving consumers the opportunity to learn about the origins of the bean and the land in which it grows via various workshops and exhibitions.

This year will again include the popular chocolate catwalk. Fifteen dresses entirely made of chocolate will be revealed to the public in a fashion show every day at 5pm.
