Political party cdH has officially announced it will be leaving behind its headquarters on Rue des Deux Eglises in Saint-Josse - and putting the eye-catching building up for sale.

The six-floor window covered orange building - which is reportedly energy-intensive to run - has proven too big for the party, Belga reports. The 2,500 m² space has been the home to the party for more than 50 years, but the time has come to move on.

In order to cope with dwindling numbers, the party will instead move to a smaller location on the rue du Commerce, "L'Echo" reported Tuesday.

Negotiations to sell the building on the Rue des Deux Eglises have not yet been concluded, but the party is expected to move in Early spring.
