Runner up last season of RTBF’s “The Voice” talent show, Loïc Nottet, will be singing for Belgium n the 60th Eurovision Song Contest next may in Vienna. The news was announced by RTBF on Monday. Six months after the “The Voice” final slipped through his fingers and went to army man Laurent Pagna, RTBF chose Loïc Nottet as Belgium’s next Eurovision candidate.
Following in the footsteps of Axel Hirsoux in 2013 and Roberto Bellarosa in 2012, this young man from Courçelles the third “The Voice Belgium” candidate to represent the country in the Eurovision Song Contest.
Previous 18-year-old talent B.J. Scott has also just signed a contract with Sony Music Entertainment.
More information on Loïc’s participation will be revealed on national TV in November.
