"Le D'Arville" and "Pastorale" restaurants both awarded Golden Deltas

The 2015 Belgian edition of the Delta Guide was officially released last Thursday. It lists some 2,000 restaurant and hotel addresses, including 1,500 gastronomic chronicles. On that same night, Olivier Bourguignon’s restaurant, "Le D'Arville", in Wierde, and Bart De Pooter’s "Pastorale", in Reet, were both awarded a Golden Delta.

The Delta Guide has been around for 37 years. It is defined as a "round-the-world trip through different cuisines and new culinary trends, all based on excellent value and with a selection of dining establishments worthy of praise."

This year’s Delta Guide has 200 additional addresses although another 200 were removed “either due to closure or breach of selection criteria".

Manuel Bejar’s restaurant, "L'Olivier des Sens", in Tilff, and Edwin Van Goethem’s "Korennaer", in Nieuwkerken, were both given Silver Deltas. As for Stéphane Chermanne’s establishment "L'Etang Bleu", in Mont-Sainte-Geneviève, and Ludovic Verlande’s "Le Flore", in De Panne, they were both awarded Bronze Deltas.
