The skinhead concert took place in a neighbouring country, according to State Security

A concert by the skinhead movement, which had been announced as taking place in Belgium, eventually took place in a “neighbouring country” State Security said on Tuesday. Last week, it invited people who had rented a venue for an event of an undetermined nature to contact local police. State Security found adverts for a concert called “White X-mas” on racist sites, on which there was just a date and that the concert would take place in Belgium.

“The concert did not take place in Belgium, but in a neighbouring country”, said a communications officer for State Security. “I cannot tell you which country it was, but we worked with security services”.

According to State Security, an event that big had not been organized in Belgium for three of four years.
