Home burglary in Laeken

Three people broke into a Laeken home on Friday, and threatened to kill the two occupants before locking them in the cellar. The thieves later fled with two mobile phones, computers and fashion brand clothes, the Brussels Prosecutor’s office said on Saturday. One of the suspects rang the doorbell. When one of the occupants opened the door, the individual violently forced their way into the house, before being followed by two accomplices.

One of the occupants was beaten. The armed attackers then threatened to kill the house’s occupants.

After thoroughly searching the house, the attackers took the occupants to the cellar and handcuffed them.
