Two armed masked men robbed a service-station in Wijnegem on Wednesday evening, the local Minos police have said. The individuals took the till, and fled on foot. The police searched the area, but didn’t find the suspects. The incident took place at around 10pm in the Esso service-station at Turnhoutsebaan, in Wijnegem. There were no customers present at the time. The robbers threatened the station’s manager and demanded the money in the till. They then fled on foot to a bus-stop close-by.
