A Rauwers employee booking parking offenses was attacked by an offending driver on Rue de Liedekerke, in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, on Wednesday at 11:40am, revealed the spokesperson for the Brussels prosecutor’s office on Thursday. He has been signed off work for 2 days. The 30-year-old employee was punched and lost his balance, spraining his ankle in the process. His aggressor then kicked him. The perpetrator is still at large. His licence plate number appears on the fine.
