Knife fight between two scout camp leaders in Libin

An investigating judge has been assigned to an attempted murder case after two Dutch-speaking scout camp leaders got into a knife fight in Ochamps (Libin commune in the Luxemburg province) on Saturday evening. This was revealed by the Luxemburg Prosecutor’s office, which confirmed information that appeared in l’Avenir. The man who was stabbed was admitted to the Libramont clinic. The Prosecutor’s office needed to call in a medical examiner.

The perpetrator will go before an investigating judge on Sunday. The circumstances leading to the fight, which happened at around 9pm, have not been established.

The incident happened when only the two camp leaders were present at the camp. The scouts had not yet arrived.
