The online information service and applications are also having problems, the SNCB spokesman, Frieke Neyrinck, revealed. “Our IT services are trying to sort the problem out as quickly as possible. “Passengers should not pay the extra charge for purchasing on board before midday”, she added. If the problems continue, this measure could be extended.
