Long queues are set to be a thing of the past in Mc Donalds restaurants in Belgium, as customers will soon be able to order their food through digital tablets on the tables. Mc Donalds have just decided to introduce the new system in all its Belgium restaurants. “The queues were becoming stressful and annoying to the clients”, Kristel Muls, a spokesperson for the restaurant chain, said.
Clients will be able to order all the items on the menu and even make personalized and custom orders through the tablet.
The system is already in place in 7 out of 74 Belgian Mc Donalds restaurants during a testing phase. And it has been proven to be popular among the customers.
