Brussels attacks: IS disseminates new video indicating Charles Michel responsible for attacks

The organisation Islamic State has disseminated a new video message.
It explicitly indicates that the Prime Minister Charles Michel is responsible for the attacks which took place on March 22nd at Zaventem airport and the Maelbeek metro station in Brussels.

A condensed version of the video may, amongst others, be viewed today on the websites of Het Laatste Nieuws and Het Belang van Limburg.

“Kalashnikov is loaded, civilians unarmed. Brussels is in terror, Michel is to blame. Belgians are burning, Michel is to blame. Synchronized attacks, airport the target.” As the song plays, there is a stream of images showing the chaos after the attacks, as well as Charles Michel and even the French Prime Minister, Manuel Valls. The video also makes reference to the perpetrators of the attacks as well as other jihadists.

A particular point to note is that the English subtitles do not mention the Prime Minister. These subtitles simply say, “Brussels is in terror, so don't blame anyone but your government for that, Belgians are burning, so don't blame anyone but your government for that.”
