The Flemish Government agreed to the ratification of the Paris Agreement on global warming in a decree it approved on Friday thus paving the way for it to be submitted to parliament. The aim of the Flemish Minister of the Environment, Joke Schauvliege, is to have the ratification process completed this year, ahead of COP22 in Marrakech.
