Reactor 4 of the Doel nuclear power station was, once again, operational from Monday morning. This was indicated by Engie-Electrabel. The reactor was stopped automatically on Sunday morning.
The reactor stopped working after a signal locked at the end of a quarterly test. The latter was carried out so as to check the correct operation of the power station’s automatic safety systems.
The incident occurred in the non-nuclear section of the power station.
