St Paul’s British Primary School becomes ISF Tervuren International School

Following the merger in April 2017 with International School of Flanders, St Paul’s British Primary School in Vossem-Tervuren has changed its’ name to ISF Tervuren International School.

Orla McLoughlin, Head of ISF Tervuren says: “We have had a busy summer, re-branding the whole school. When the students returned on 4th September all of the new signage was in place. Parents, students and staff have been very positive about the change and are excited to start the new school year as ISF Tervuren“

Students and staff of both campuses will collaborate, share best practices and engage with each other on different levels such as the application of educational technologies (ISF is Belgium’s first Google for Education School), school trips, professional development, curriculum etc.

“Just like our sister school in Waterloo, ISF Tervuren continues to fulfil the requirements of the UK National Curriculum and now follows the adapted International Primary Curriculum which meets the needs of internationally mobile families”, Orla McLoughlin continues. “Our school retains its first class accreditation from the Council of British International Schools, and remains attractive to all families posted to jobs in the Brussels and Leuven area.”

The name change will not only bring these two school campuses closer together but will also help integrate the new ISF International Daycare, which provides creche facilities for children aged 6 weeks to three years old and is located opposite to ISF Tervuren school.
