Ghent police have received several complaints about secret filming in the woman’s dressing room at the HoGent sports complex. “The HoGent establishment has submitted a complaint. There have been others as well”, a Ghent police spokesman revealed on Sunday.
The Eastern Flanders Prosecutor’s office has not revealed the exact number of complaints other than the one by HoGent. “It will become clear during the week”, says Prosecutor Caroline Jonckers.
It is not known who will lead the investigation. “It might be us, the local police, who are in charge of the investigation”, say Ghent police. “But as the incident seems to have originated in the Netherlands, it may be the Federal police. The investigation might be handled by someone outside Moerdijk”.
The Prosecutor’s office does not want to say any more for the moment. The images of women, which were filmed secretly, appeared on a Dutch internet forum.
