The maximum prices of diesel used for heating will increase from Friday, 30 March, the Energy Administration announced on Thursday. The price of 50S heating oil at the pump will increase by 1.6 cents to 0.758 euro per litre.
The maximum price will now be 0.6614 euro per litre (+1.6 cents) for orders of less than 2000 litres and 0.6342 euro per litre (+1.6 cents) for orders above 2,000 litres.
The maximum price for lamp oil is also on the increase.
The increases are linked to fluctuations in the prices of oil products and/or their biological components on international markets, the administration stated.
