The hot weather will continue next week

The heat and risk of storms will continue into the beginning of next week, according to the Royal Metrological Institute.

The hot and summery weather will continue on Monday, but cloud and rain showers will also develop. There could also be storms and heavy rain, gales and hail. The maximum temperature will be around 24 degrees in the Ardennes and 30 degrees in Campine.

The weather will continue to be unstable and hot on Tuesday and Wednesday, with maximum temperatures of between 22 and 29 degrees. There will also be showers, with a further risk of storms, heavy rain, gales and hail.

The weather on Thursday and Friday will remain variable with showers (and possibly more storms). The maximum temperatures could be around 26 to 27 degrees on Thursday and 21 to 25 degrees on Friday.

There is less risk of rain next weekend, but the clouds will remain. The maximum temperature will be between 18 and 22 degrees.
