Charleroi’s postal sorting centre (located close to Charleroi South Station), is going digital thanks to a new centre of shared industrial research and a digital business training space. These projects emerged at the close of the caterpillar company’s activities (CATCH, Catalysts for job acceleration and expansion in Charleroi’s region).
The research centre aims to stimulate innovation. It will be shared by different manufacturers.
The training space will offer a variety of training suitable for students, employees and job seekers. One of its objectives is to align job offers with demands in the digital field.
