Attack on the Jewish Museum – Federal police are looking for Mehdi Nemmouche’s accomplice

Belgian police are looking for Mehdi Nemmouche’s accomplice. Nemmouche is the man suspected of carrying out the attack on the Brussels Jewish Museum on the 24th of May. Federal police put out an APB (All Points Bulletin, when looking for a suspect) for the man last week at the request of the investigating judge in charge of the case, La Dernière Heure said on Friday. The man is listed as wanted “as part of a murder investigation” on the request from the King’s Prosecutor’s Office. But the Federal Prosecutor’s Office is in charge of the case.

In a video on the Federal police’s website, the man is seen walking on the boulevard Albert II in Brussels with Mehdi Nemmouche, four days after the killings. They don’t have their faces covered. The suspect wanted by police is carrying a sports bag.

According to the newspaper, this individual is not the French person who provided Mehdi Nemmouche with logistical support from France.
