Britain: gang led by Belgian committed driver licence fraud

A Belgian national aged 45 was sentenced to 15 months in prison in the United Kingdom for leading a criminal gang which committed driver licence fraud. The individuals charged up to 3,000 euros for taking practical and theoretical driving tests under false identities, stated the British National Crime Agency (NCA).

Besides Belgian citizen Dzemail Trstena, who led the organization in the vicinity of London, a Bulgarian aged 30 was given 12 months in jail; he took several tests in the place of candidates.

A 42-year-old British bus driver was sentenced to 9 months in prison for the same crime.
