While in Flanders the rightwing parties have won the elections, in Wallonia the results are far more to the left.
For the Wallonian Parliament, the Parti Socialiste (PS) remains the biggest party with 26.2%, despite a loss of 4.7%.
Outgoing Prime Minister Charles Michel's liberal party Mouvement Réformateur (MR) comes in second place with 21.4%, with a loss of 5.3%.
The biggest winner in Wallonia is Ecolo, which gained 5.9% and is the third biggest party with a total of 14.5%.
The far-left party PTB also gained 7.9% and comes in fourth with 13.7%.
The Christian democratic CDH loses 4.2% of its votes and strands at 11%.
