The insurance group Ethias has invested 17.7 million euros to buy the BoCasa care home complex, they announced in a press release on Friday. This is the 12th time Ethias has invested in this sector. Ethias' involvement is limited to the purchase of the properties. The running of the site which includes 90 care home beds, 10 supported housing facilities, and a pub, has been entrusted to Vulpia group for the next 27 years.
Through this purchase, Ethias seeks to consolidate its investment strategy in the care home sector.
