AB Inbev expects to reduce its staff by about 3% following its takeover of SABMiller, according to documents related to the acquisition, published on Friday. According to Bloomberg, 5,500 jobs could be cut. A general meeting of shareholders of the two brewers is to be held on 28 September next.
