Ryanair was elected worst airline for the sixth consecutive year by UK consumers, according to the annual Which Travel survey published last Saturday. Passengers mainly target boarding, comfort, on board environment and refreshments.
With only 40% satisfied, Ryanair ranks on this unenviable list ahead of Thomas Cook Airlines (52%) and Wizz Air (54%).
As far as the Irish company is concerned, consumers mainly criticize cancellations, declining punctuality, and constant changes in baggage policy.
Even though it offers attractive prices, thousands of travelers say they will never choose Ryanair again.
