Following three rounds of voting, the city of Amsterdam came out victorious to host the European Medical Agency, currently based in London. Following the last round of voting, Amsterdam and Milan actually received an equal amounts of votes, 13 each, with Slovakia abstaining.
In the event of a tie, the winner would be drawn according to the voting process. It is the Dutch city that finally came out victorious.
