The third sale of World Cup tickets starts on the 5th of December

Belgian supporters that don’t have tickets for the World Cup in Russia next summer will be able to buy one on the FIFA website from Tuesday the 5th of December.
This third sale, which will run from the 5th of December to the 31st of January 2018, will be the only way Belgian supporters can reserve seats in the Belgian stands. The tickets will be reserved for members of Fanclub 1895. If demand surpasses offer, the most loyal members will get priority at collection points. The Belgian Football Union (URBSFA) has announced tickets will be attributed after the 31st of January.

8% of the total seats will be reserved for the competing countries. 3,800 seats will be reserved for Belgian supporters for the match against Panama in Sotchi (18th of June, 5pm in Belgium). 3,350 seats will be put aside for the match against Tunisia (23rd of June, 2pm) at the Spartak Stadium in Moscow. The big Group G match against England (28th of June, 8pm) will be at the World Cup’s smallest stadium (35,010 seats) in Kaliningrad. Only 2,800 seats will be available for Belgian supporters.

“If the reserved areas are not sold out after the third sale, those seats will be added to the neutral zones”, says the Belgian Football Union’s spokesman Pierre Comez. It will only be possible to get seats in the Belgian area during the third sale.

If the tickets don’t sell out, the remaining tickets in the neutral area will be available to buy during a fourth sale (13th of March – 13th of April) on a “first come first serve” basis. The supporters will get a last chance to buy tickets during a “las minute sale” which will last up until the final.
