Lionel Messi is among four Paris Saint-Germain players who have tested positive for the coronavirus, the club confirmed on Sunday.
Juan Bernat, Sergio Rico and Nathan Bitumazala are the other three players who have also tested positive, Belga news agency reports.
The four players “are currently respecting isolation and are subject to the appropriate health protocol,” and will miss out on Monday’s French Cup final, PSG said.
The Parisian club also announced that Neymar was continuing his treatment in Brazil until 9 January, and that his return to training is expected in three weeks.
