Belgium beat the Netherlands on Friday to book their place in the Men's FIH Hockey World Cup. The Belgian national team, who are the current world champions, will be looking to retain their crown against Germany on Sunday.

In a hotly contested match, nothing seemed to separate both the Belgian and Dutch sides in India, with the semi-final finishing 2-2 after 60 minutes. As a result, the tie went to a penalty shoot-out which saw Belgium come out as victors.

The Red Lions will now play in their second consecutive final, which will take place at 14:30 on Sunday. They will be coming up against Germany, who booked their place for Sunday's match by beating Australia on Friday.
