Today we are joined by the co-founder of Estonia’s e-Governance academy, Linnar Viik.
We discuss how Estonia has sought to modernise public administration, with tools such as digital identity systems, as well as data integration between public services. We also touch on the country’s new digital immunity passport scheme, used as part of the current public health crisis, and we examine how the country has attempted to chart its own specialism in the field of technology ever since it secured independence in 1991.
