Two women and two young children died in a road accident on Friday evening at Oud Gastel, in the Netherlands, close to the Belgian border.
A third child was injured and is in hospital.
The accident occurred when two cars collided around 6:25 p.m. for unknown reasons. The women and children were in one car while there were three people in the other.
The driver of the latter vehicle was arrested. The two other occupants were taken to the police station to make statements.
