Two people were injured in a Brussels street brawl in the Ixelles district, on Friday night.
According to police spokesperson, Linda Camarero-Verde, the incident took place on Belvédère Street. Upon arrival, officers found two individuals with knife wounds. Their were taken to hospital and their injuries are not life-threatening.
In their early reports, police suggest there were three other individuals involved in the fight. However, they managed to escape before police officers arrived on scene.
The exact circumstances leading up to the events remain unclear and are currently under investigation.
