The inaugural edition of the Freestyle Lab Festival, celebrating hip hop culture, will take place from 24 to 30 June at the Theatre de la Vie in Brussels.
The festival will feature workshops, battles, jams, DJ sets and performances, as well as talks and discussions, according to Freestyle Lab, a Brussels-based association dedicated to supporting, developing, and promoting Belgian freestyle Hip Hop dancers.
Over the course of the week, the public will be treated to a variety of topics, including the role of women in Hip Hop and intergenerational exchange within Hip Hop culture.
A closing event has been scheduled at Schaerbeek’s Halles on 30 June.
