Summer promises to be lively at The Louise Hotel in Brussels with the official launch of its Summer Activities.
On the programme, as well as the new summer menu in the restaurant, there are sports screenings, Tai Chi classes, afterwork evenings and Sunday BBQs, all in the hotel's magnificent garden.
Tapas menu to enjoy
The summer activities are centred around the tapas menu at the Maison Louise Restauant & Bar, which is a high-flying restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel, elegantly furnished in a contemporary design.
The tapas menu is available all summer and is a collaboration between chefs Elena from Maison Louise and Denise from Sofitel in Barcelona. It has 100% Spanish influences, accompanied by a selection of Iberian wines to finish in style. The chefs bring a blend of innovative techniques and passion for gastronomy, promising unforgettable culinary moments. Not forgetting the delicious cocktails concocted by the mixologist.
Our tapas recommendations include the Manchego Cheese and Toasted Bread with Red Fruit Jam, Iberian Jambon Croquettes with Aioli and Padron Peppers, and the Prawns with Garlic. For delicious dessert, try the Catalan Creme or Like a Snickers. The complete menu is here.
Cocktails in the sun and sports
Throughout the summer, the hotel offers screenings of major sporting events such as the Olympic Games, the Tour de France and Euro 2024, on a giant screen in its garden.
The perfect place to enjoy the sun with a cocktail in hand with friends or during an afterwork meeting with colleagues, while not missing any key moments of these unmissable events!
A VIP area is also planned to offer an optimal experience.

Tai Chi class with Ivo from Taichi Belgium
- When: every Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Two options available: the course only (18€), or the course + breakfast (40€) – Free for hotel guests.

Afterworks at Maison Louise – Bar. Garden. Kitchen
- When: every Wednesday, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- With the purchase of a classic cocktail, a glass of wine or a beer, you receive the second one free.
The Philharmonic dining
- When: every Thursday, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Attend performances by acoustic artists in partnership with the Flanders Youth Orchestra, offering a mix of pop, classical and contemporary music.
