One person was injured in a knife attack in Schaerbeek, Brussels, on Saturday evening, police has confirmed.
An investigation into the incident remains underway.
Police were called to a brawl at a café on Place Dailly around 19:50.
“Upon arrival, the patrol found the victim wounded in the armpit,” police spokesperson Audrey Dereymaeker said.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment and was able to return home on the same night.
The police unit managed to apprehend the suspect of the attack on Grande Rue au Bois following a foot chase.
