Belgium’s football match at home against Israel in the Nations League on 6 September will be played in Debrecen, Hungary.
The match will also be played behind closed doors, according to an announcement by the Belgian Football Union (URBSFA).
“Given that in Belgium, no local administration believed it was it possible to organise the Red Devils’ home match against Israel on Friday September 6, the Royal Belgian Football Union had to seek a solution abroad,” the URBSFA said in a statement.
