Chefs, pastry makers, cheese producers, wine merchant and brewers will once again showcase their expertise at the 13th edition of the Eat Festival from 26 to 29 September. The organisers promise a "feast for the taste buds" and an insight into Brussels' thriving culinary scene.
As usual, the festival celebrating Brussels' gastronomy will be held at Gare Maritime in Tour & Taxis. But this year, the event will introduce a new menu format.
Two teams of Brussels-based chefs, pastry makers and cheese specialists will offer daily three-course and five-course menus (priced at €35 and €50, respectively, for early bird offers), paired with wines and beers.
Chefs from Racines, Le Tournant, Barge, Klok and Grabuge will be present, as well as acclaimed pastry makers such as Nikolas Koulepis, Anaïs Gaudemer from Cokoa and Julien Othomene.
A carefully chosen selection of wines and beers will complement the dishes. This year, the festival celebrates a decade-long collaboration with Vins de Bordeaux, which will present their finest bottles to the attendees. BXLBeerFest, another festival partner, will highlight the best Belgian breweries.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to participate in workshops, tasting sessions, culinary demonstrations and discover a 100% Brussels producers' market.
The official competition for Belgium's Premier Cheesemaker will also take place during the event.
Tickets for the festival will go on sale from 26 August.
