Decathlon recalls protein powder that may contain metal particles

Decathlon, in collaboration with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (Afsca), is recalling a chocolate protein powder due to possible contamination with metal particles.

The product in question is Single Whey Protein Choco 30 G from the Decathlon brand. Only one batch is affected, with the code 2429700006 and a best-before date of February 2026.

The 30-gram sachets were sold between 7 November 2024 and 14 November 2024, and again between 31 December 2024 and 25 January 2025 in Decathlon stores.

Customers are advised not to consume this product and to return it to the store where it was purchased for a refund.
