Brussels' highly-anticipated electronic music staple Hangar festival is returning for its seventh edition at the capital's emblematic Atomium, delivering a gastronomic experience for the first time.
On Saturday 17 May, STUDIØ 27 is offering a sold-out Atomium open air party alongside the HangarTable culinary event. Hosted in collaboration with the food and hospitality collective by renowned chefs Paul-Antoine Bertin and Nathan Gullentops, the lunch promises a flavourful adventure.
Merging fashion, design, contemporary art, and food, the Brussels-based Ötap chefs bring customised events to life, having collaborated with brands from Evian to Courrèges to create unforgettable experiences.
Making a mark in the gastronomic scene at 21 years old, young chef Paul-Antoine "Polo" Bertin pioneered the seasonal Ötap menu, spotlighting a selection of ten small sharing plates paired with creative cocktails. These give a flavour of what will be served at the Atomium later this month.

The gastronomic journey exhibits the Atomium's architectural interior set as a dining hall with exquisite contemporary decoration ahead of the festival kick-off.
The menu will be divided into two intimate lunch settings at 12:00 and 15:00 with a limited 80 guests per dining session.
Specially selected plates will be accompanied by curated drinks and crafted scenography to enhance the experience in a unique setting.
The Hangar festival will be headlined by American electronic DJ Anyma, and feature live sets from esteemed international artists including German producer Recondite, the up-and-coming Baset, and modern funk mix-master Tess.
