Regulated savings deposits in Belgium increased for the sixth consecutive month in March, surpassing €284.5 billion, according to figures released on Friday by the National Bank of Belgium (NBB).
The last time savings deposits were higher was in July 2023, totalling over €297.3 billion. A low point was reached in November 2023, with savings deposits dropping to nearly €266.2 billion.
