Former Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern will give a talk at the Bozar Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels on Monday 19 June.

As part of the 'Talks & Debates' series, Ardern will draw on her experience in political leadership, discussing how we can build a more compassionate world.

The day will bring together noteworthy speakers, including journalist Leïla Slimani, feminist writer Olga Tokarczuk, footballer Lilian Thuram, and more to deliver thought-provoking lectures on the current state of society at its 'Writers & Thinkers' stage.

Focusing on her recently released political memoir 'A Different Kind of Power,' Ardern challenges society to re-evaluate their leadership and put kindness first.

Inspiring a new generation of politicians, Ardern questions shifting ideas of leadership from the perspective of an ex-leader.

One of the youngest women to have lead a government, Ardern became Prime Minister in 2017, at 37 years old. She dealt with the protection of the State through the Covid-19 pandemic and the Christchurch terror attack.
