Airbnb has announced that it is expanding its services to include a wide range of offerings such as beauty treatments, meals, and personal training.
Users can now book these services through the app, whether they are staying in an Airbnb accommodation or at home. Initially launching in 260 cities, the service categories will include meals, photography, wellness, make-up, and catering.
Airbnb assures that these services will be quality-checked, focusing on expertise and reputation. Professionals are encouraged to register as hosts starting today.
As part of its diversification strategy, Airbnb is also introducing Airbnb Experiences, allowing individuals to offer activities such as museum visits, cooking classes, and workshops. This feature will be available in more than 650 cities worldwide.
