The fourth edition of “Atelier in Beeld” will take place this weekend across Flanders and Brussels, with more than 1,600 workshops opening their doors to showcase the work of approximately 2,500 artists to the public.

Organised by the association Kunstwerkt, the event aims to make visual arts more accessible and reveal the artistic creation process.

A wide range of disciplines will be represented, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, mosaics, calligraphy, photography, textiles, stained glass, and cyanotype.

Art enthusiasts and curious visitors will have the opportunity to explore a variety of creative spaces, from kitchen tables and converted attics to studios, repurposed hangars, and other unconventional venues.

The participating workshops will be open for free on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 May, from 11:00 to 18:00. The list of workshops is available on the Kunstwerkt website.
