The Federal Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to help identify the skeleton of a woman found on the towpath along the Centre Canal near Rue Hector Ameye in La Louvière, in Wallonia.
The body was discovered on 25 January 2025 at 16:40, and the victim is believed to be between 25 and 35 years old.
She is approximately 1.66 metres tall and has incomplete and untreated teeth. Her hair is dark brown at the roots and mahogany brown at the tips.
Her clothing included a pair of black faux leather leggings with a snowflake design on the front right pocket, a black hooded sweatshirt from the 'Basic By NPO' brand, a dark blue short-sleeve T-shirt with white stripes from 'Pull and Bear,' and beige and white trainers from 'New Yorker.'
